Responsibilitiesarrow_right

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with quality, engineering, and product development teams to meet new product development launch targets and ensure seamless product transfers.
  • Coordinate resourcing activities to achieve cost reductions, enhance quality, and mitigate supply chain disruptions.
  • Oversee supplier performance metrics including Total Cost of Quality, On-time delivery, and Purchase Price Variance (PPV).
  • Negotiate and maintain contracts and agreements ensuring favorable purchase terms and conditions.
  • Ensure adherence to ISO procedures and business laws in all sourcing and procurement practices.

Qualificationsarrow_right

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Materials Management/Procurement or Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of Sourcing experience, with a preference for mechanical components.
  • CPSM, Lean Systems, or Six-Sigma certification is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion with accuracy.
  • Experience in engaging with distributors and production suppliers.
  • Strong team player with self-initiative and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Access).
  • Expertise in spreadsheet analysis and a solid understanding of financial concepts and data.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
  • Value for Customers: Anticipates, understands and meets internal/external customers’ needs and expectations. Develops solutions based on a customer centric approach.
  • Innovation: Drives and supports innovative ideas, while taking informed risks to seek and develop new or improved solutions.
  • Drive & Execution: Proactively identifies what needs to be done and takes action. Explores new ways and pursues new opportunities.
