  • Achieve efficiency gains through process automation
  • Development of an automation roadmap with the goal of increasing end-to-end automation to realize efficiency gains
  • Consulting the business units on the best possible use of existing solutions in the application landscape for process automation
  • Independent design, implementation and support of automation solutions in the context of Robotic Process Automation
  • Management of process automation experts and establishment of a center of excellence together with business units
  • Interface between business units and IT service providers for automation topics and lean business processes


  • Completed studies (business informatics, computer science or business administration) or many years of professional experience
  • Several years of professional experience in change management
  • Broad IT knowledge across various applications
  • A very good understanding of business processes
  • Independent working style, goal-oriented communication, confident appearance, high solution orientation
  • Business fluent German and very good written and spoken English skills
