You support our team as
Responsibilities
- Maintains and improves process capabilities using appropriate tools and methodologies including PFMEA (process failure mode effects analysis), Poke-Yoke, OEE (overall equipment effectiveness), FEA (finite element analysis
- Inputs and analyses numerical data and all other sources of information to break them into component parts, patterns and relationships and uses analysis to identify successful workflows to optimize processes
- Reviews KPI monitoring systems and uses technology to achieve key metrics
- Develops best practices, identifies and leads Six Sigma projects and champions a continuous improvement culture
- Supports NPI activities in preparation of successful product or process launch
- Ensures that all local, legal and Freudenberg requirements regarding health, safety and environment are fulfilled
- Supports the creation of training documentation and delivers training where appropriate
- Mentors associates e.g. apprentices, technicians to increase individual and team understanding and capability in the subject area
Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master in mechanical/electronic/automotive engineering
- English knowledge at least intermediate level
- Availabity to travel
