Product Manager Digital Service (f/m/d)

Responsibilities arrow_right

  • Developing the roadmap and vision for our new digital services further: Identifying customer demands and insights via direct customer contact, building-up of market intelligence, leading and setting up the ideation process for digital services based on customer insights
  • Preparing the development and implementation of new digital solutions via requirements engineering and readiness check
  • Allocating budget and resources of the development teams in alignment with management
  • Initiating and leading the product launch


  • Excellent German and English language skills and a valid work permit for Germany
  • 3+ years of experience in (digital) product management, business development or (digital) service initiatives
  • Completed studies in (industrial) engineering, business administration or similar practical experience
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and bringing together business and technology
  • Thought leadership and specific knowledge of key topics including emerging technology trends and cutting-edge developments within the process and service industry (including IoT, predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, digital business models, service processes)
  • An entrepreneurial mindset: Right appetite for taking risks, ownership, curiosity, self-driven and creative approach to problem solving, strong analytical skills
