Processing purpose and legal basis:

Your data will only be processed with your consent (Art. para. 1 lit. a GDPR) as part of your application process. In the event you are hired, additional processing shall be carried out pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit b GDPR to create an employment relationship.

 

Data categories and data sources:

The data for the application process shall be classified in the following categories: master data, communication data and data covering skills and expertise such as credentials, curriculum vitae, assessments. You shall provide us with the data from the categories named above upon submission of your application.

 

Recipients and third-country transfer

Your data shall only be submitted to the human resources employee responsible for processing your application within the Freudenberg company you have applied to. Should you make it into the next round, your data shall then be transferred to the decision maker in the relevant department. No further transfer to any other third parties shall take place.

 

Your rights:

When it comes to processing of your data, you shall reserve the following rights in compliance with Articles 15 to 22 GDPR:

  • Right to information
  • Right to rectification
  • Right to erasure
  • Right to restriction of the processing
  • Right to data portability

You are free to object to the processing of your data at any time. Should you decide to exercise this right, please get in touch with the relevant contact person within the human resources department (see job advertisement or confirmation email).

 

Storage terms

In the event of your objection, the data you have submitted shall be deleted within four weeks of receipt of your revocation. Should we not be able to consider you for the job, we will delete your data within six months from the time you received a corresponding notification from us. This shall only apply to the extent no legislative storage obligations prevent us from doing so.

 

No automated decision making

No automated decision making (including profiling) is carried out.

 

Right to complain to the supervisory authority

Pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR, you have the right to complain to the data protection supervisory authority if you believe your personal data was improperly processed. In Baden Württemberg this is:
