Processing purposes and legal basis

To process your application, your data will be processed with your consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR). In the event of your being hired, further processing shall be carried out in compliance with Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR in order to implement your employment.

 

Data categories and data source

Data for the application process shall be divided into the following categories: Master data, communication data, as well as data about knowledge and skills such as references, CVs, assessments. The data from the named data categories shall be provided to us upon the submission of your application.

 

Recipients and transfer to third-party countries

Your data shall only be provided to the relevant human resources employee within the Freudenberg company, to which you have applied. Should you make it to a later round in the selection process, your data will also be provided to decision makers in within the relevant department. The data shall not be provided to any other third parties.

 

Your rights

According to Sections 15 to 22 EU GDPR, you have the following rights regarding the processing of your data:

You also have the right to revoke permission to process your data at any time. Should you exercise this right, please contact your relevant contact partner in the human resources department (see job advertisement or confirmation email).

 

Storage term

In the event of a revocation, your data shall be deleted within four weeks after receiving your revocation. Should we not consider you for the relevant position, your data will be deleted six months from the date, when we sent you the relevant message. This shall apply to the extent that no legal retention periods stand in the way of deletion.

 

No automated decisions

No automated decisions shall be made (including profiling).
