As a Freudenberg Corporate IT employee, you will help innovate, design and implement this leading Cloud HCM solution for our corporate organization.

You will work in a Workday implementation team that was launched in Q1 2019 and is implementing a global, Cloud-based HR platform for the Freudenberg Group. The platform will integrate distributed HR and non-HR systems and you will be responsible for it. The job requires a large amount of personal initiative, motivation and openness to cooperation in an international setting.
As HCM System Architect, you will be responsible for implementing the interface and integrating scenarios between the new Cloud-based Freudenberg HCM Suite and upstream and downstream systems (e.g. Payroll, Active Directory, SAP ERP...).
