Product Marketing Manager - Medical Devices
Upstream medical device business case and product marketing strategist to implement successful tools for building the business through increased sales in the US and Global markets.

Your tasks

  • Develop and implement the product marketing strategic plan
  • Manage Product Portfolio (existing, NPD) of defined categories including Sales, Market growth, Profitability improvement and Marketing Mix implementation Strategies
  • Recommend, develop and manage business case building activities, marketing strategies, tactics and brand partnerships.
  • Analyze current business performance, trends, and market conditions and execute recommendations for business optimization.
  • Project Management and cross functional teamwork with Quality, Regulatory, Product Development, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing partners to support existing and new products
  • Understand how consumers shop the category and identify the most relevant touch points to best reach these consumers.
  • Participate and lead cross-functional teams on execution of brand strategies including graphics, digital, supply, finance, sales and category management.
  • Identify and communicate trends and consumer insights that lead to innovative ideas (commercial, digital, product, and packaging).
  • Perform business analyses to strengthen the brand's marketing programming and positioning.
  • Track P&L of brand, products and categories and manage marketing budget including product pricing and Medicare influence.
  • Collaborate with US & International Sales organizations to develop selling strategy and support sales initiatives.
  • Lead Digital Marketing Specialist to develop digital strategy, marketing collateral, social media strategy and graphics.
  • Travel to customers, trade shows, seminars and training courses to interact and build upon established and develop new professional relationships to contribute to overall sales and marketing strategies. 20% travel required (utilizing corporate travel practices)
  • Maintain and develop product/disease state knowledge relative to:
    • Business strategies, direction, clinical applications by surgeons and speech language pathologists
    • Product design and development that meet patient concerns and needs
    •  Product Line Education for Employees, Customers, and International Distributors

Our expectations

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related discipline
  • 5-7 years of Marketing and Management Experience, ideally as a Product Manager within the Medical Device Industry
  • Demonstrated success in product launches and end-to-end execution of marketing strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross functional teams
  • Proven track record of strong P&L and budget management
  • Critical Thinking/Decision-Making (Strategic and Analytical)
  • Exceptional market research and reporting skills – ability to source, construct, interpret data, and recommend solutions, not just purchase reports from third parties

We are currently hiring for a Product Marketing Manager who:

  • Is responsible for the upstream portfolio of ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat) products such as Blom-Singer® Voice Prostheses, ClassicFlow® and EasyFlow® HMEs, Voice Prosthesis Placement Surgical Kit and Katz Extractor® Oto-Rhino Foreign Body Remover.
  • Will ensure overall brand P&L targets are met by monitoring costs, margins, pricing and recommending needed changes to develop and implement traditional and innovative marketing tactics in support of new product launches as well as supporting the development of hospital/customer marketing efforts that help to build the InHealth brand in global markets.
