Corporate Quality Systems Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks


  • In your new job you ensure strategic alignment of the overall Quality system with Company goals and objectives through coordination with global resources to implement standards and best practices.
  • In addition you manage and conduct internal/external audits to assure compliance and continual improvement.
  • You excel in prioritizing, tracking and driving quality projects using formal project management and quality assessment tools; including problem solving, root cause analysis, implementation of resolutions, and communication of milestone dates and contingency plans.
  • Your passion for details allows you to manage document control for Quality Assurance System Documents by developing, implementing, training, and ensuring adherence on a continuous basis.
  • Giving support worldwide to product development, production teams and suppliers, you develop, implement and train the comprehensive Quality System including risk evaluations, validation and engineering change control of processes/tools/product, FMEA, statistical test design, statistical lifetime estimation.


Our expectations


  • To be able to fulfill the mentioned tasks, we expect you to have more than three years of in-depth experience in quality system implementation in compliance with ISO 9001:2015; CQE or other quality and regulatory certificates are preferred.
  • On top of that, you bring more than two years of on-site process quality management or engineering, supplier QA consultancy, or technical sales experience.
  • Furthermore, the R&D lifecycle with emphasis on the QA aspects is well known to you.
  • Besides your relevant work experience, you hold at least a bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering discipline.
  • You are able to handle multiple responsibilities concurrently and to prioritize and manage critical project timelines.
  • Your excellent communication and problem solving skills help you to deal with unresolved situations, frequent changes, delays or unexpected events.
  • Because of your worldwide involvement, you are willing and able to travel more than 50% of your working hours.
  • As you collaborate with international teams, your English needs to be excellent.
