Assist on recruiting function including: resume screening, phone interview, interview arrangement, handle entry procedures and prepare relevant documents;
HR filing & daily administrative support;
Assist to performance related issues – performance management system maintenance (data check and collection);
Other tasks from HR department.
Bachelor degree or above, Human Resource or Business Administration related major prefer;
Excellent written and spoken English;
Work at least three days a week, prefer consistency of at least three months;
Good at Office software (word, excel, ppt);
Good sense of responsibility;
Can-do attitude and Details-orientated;
Self - motivation, enthusiasm, positive attitude, good at teamwork.
