The Payroll Specialist position is responsible for the processing of assigned payrolls for the FNST business in the US and Canada in an accurate and timely fashion. In addition to FNST, payroll services are also provided to other Freudenberg businesses in the U.S. and Canada. Due to the high level of automation, good understanding of integrated computerized systems is required. The position requires regular interaction with associates in all levels of the company (from plant associates to Human Resource Management), and therefore excellent oral and written communication skills are required. The position has significant responsibility due to the critical nature of the functions and can impact the company should any of the payroll operations encounter problems which affect operations. This position requires an extremely detail orientated person with significant knowledge of payroll administration, including federal and multiple states regulations
