Job Summary:

This Position will support the Director, Product Marketing in all administrative tasks in NAFTA in order to fulfill the Global Marketing Strategies and targets. The incumbent handles RFQs in CRM self-dependent from the inquiry to the quotation within the pricing policy of the Lead Center.

 

This position is perfect for someone looking to grow within the organization. There is room to play an integral role in marketing activities for the Competence Center. The right candidate will have the ability to assist in crafting the message and positioning for products and conceiving and developing innovative marketing programs that drive demand. The opportunity exists for the experienced candidate to manage two Applications Engineers.

Product Marketing Specialist - Ashland

Your tasks

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Pricing of RFQ’s and calculations via CRM and definition of selling prices
  • Support of LC Segment management for different market segments in the US
  • Price management and concept for the US market
  • Realization of the product policy together with the Product Engineers
  • Enhancement and development of new business for the CC Simmerring® Industry
  • Evaluation of target customers and preparation of a NAFTA segment strategy
  • Support of Imperial Standard Range Project (ISR)
  • Lossmaker process / elimination
  • Support and close alignment with sales channels
  • Market intelligence: observations and studies about customers and competitors
  • Planning: Support of Strategic and Operative Planning for different market segments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in related field. 
  • Specialized knowledge of product marketing incl. marketing tools (pricing policy, product policy, market analysis, etc.)
  • Technical understanding
  • Very good communication skills
  • SAP / CRM / Very good in Excel and PowerPoint
