Located near a wetland of flora and fauna, we’ve been especially conscious of their ecosystem by building wetland-bottom detention ponds that slow storm water runoff and improve the quality of the water leaving the site. In addition, we offer preferred parking for carpoolers and hybrids, and feature high-efficiency fluorescent light fixtures with motion sensors throughout the offices and warehouse.

Your tasks

The Brand Ambassador Representative is a member of O-Cedar's Consumer Affairs team. This role has direct contact with O-Cedar® and Playtex Gloves consumers to address their product questions, concerns and feedback. With a wide array of consumer contact touchpoints including email, phone and social media communication, this role will capture product feedback and communicate our company belief in brand quality directly to consumers. This team member will help foster brand loyalty with our consumers and keep O-Cedar's customer satisfaction guarantee. 



  • Foster strong exceptional customer care support and best practices to maintain a high level of consumer satisfaction based on timely consumer responses to build brand loyalty. Live the L.E.A.R.N approach to brand and product feedback from consumers:  Listen; Empathize; Apologize; React; Now.
  • Handle consumer inquiries and complaints received via phone, email and social media platforms and record data through consumer record documentation in the FHP CAFÉ system.
  • Respond to and manage consumers direct messages and social media comments for product feedback and message tracking in social media management platform.
  • Document monthly consumer phone reporting.
  • Process consumer product orders and replacement product including process of shipping product to consumers in collaboration with FHP shipping department and a third-party fulfillment vendor.
  • Interact and work with our insurance company regarding claims that are submitted due to consumer injury claims.
  • Build a strong knowledge and ongoing education of O-Cedar and Playtex Gloves product lines to best assist consumers. Work closely with Marketing team to understand brand message, product updates, consumer promotions, etc.

Our expectations

  • Confident, self-starter who works well independently and will bring new ideation to the Consumer Affairs team for ongoing efficiencies.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in direct response customer care/support. 
  • Strong communication skills, including writing and data-entry speed skills (>60wpm).
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Basic knowledge of social media communication channels.
  • Upbeat, positive problem-solver and enthusiastic attitude to help make our consumers happy.
