Supply Chain Manager

Your tasks

Avoiding over inventory and material shorts

Supporting to have the correct and final planning strategy

Provided by self and others

Informing right data on regards quantities dates

Overseeing supply chain process

Contribution to planning, finances/budget and policy development

Indirect supporting to improve cash flow on the plant

Supporting to develop and follow the local procedures to make sure the processes are standard and accordingly to the business strategy

Develop the right strategies to be aligned to Lean

 

Our expectations

Degree in Business or related, preferable Master of Business Administration

Inventory Control for Manufactured Items

Compose Strategies for Manufactured Items

Oversee shipping warehouse space control

Provide reliable business data by using SAP

Establish reliable standard cost scenarios for alternative freight solutions

Run quarterly logistics reviews with the local leadership team and the sales team

(planning process, demand planning, raw material ordering, sales forecasts,

runtimes, accuracies, …)

Review strategies and forecasts with interdisciplinary team

Control of inventory levels with lot size and lead time understanding

Provide support to the Operative Planning annually

Issue business reports as required for management review

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading, organizing and coordinating the local and regional supply chain. The manager reviews supply chain performance continuously and further develops the local/regional performance metrics. The Supply Chain Manager

pro-actively assists the Operations Manager in FFT MX in developing long term strategies for an improved supply chain. The Manager leads the local staff and reports to the Operations Manager.

Operations Manager , reporting and supporting to have the right strategy on the supply chain process

Purchasing Department , to ensure the timelines are accomplish as is required

Planning department , ensuring the planning strategy avoids shortages and over inventories

Continuous Improvement Manager , developing the right tools to be aligned on Lean

Warehouse Supervisor , supporting to develop the right strategy to have a better space control

Customer service, getting information in regards actual demands and shipments dates

Sales, understanding forecast to have a better understanding on the Supply Chain

Freight suppliers, following details to ensure right arrivals either for shipping or receiving

Raw Material Suppliers

North America , Lead Plant Team, supporting and communicating.

Other filtration entities or business, supporting and communication.
