Business Development Manager

Your tasks

  • Ensure better and more targeted focus in countries covered by distributors/agents- ensuring that EagleBurgmann can capitalize on existing market potential in relevant regions/countries
  • Assisting the distributors/agents and supporting LSO’s also act as a liaison officer/co-ordinator for pursuing relevant opportunities internally ensuring sufficient focus
  • Develop and maintain market and potential analysis for relevant and selected countries
  • Support agents/distributors with relevant marketing material and customer visits as and when needed
  • Support EMEA SSAD’s with managing distributors/agents ensuring a profitable growth

Our expectations


  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering
  • At least 10 years experience in technical sales, business development function
  • Minimum 4 years of managerial experience
  • Excellent knowledge of English is essential; German is a plus
  • Very good command of MS Office Applications
  • Good at reporting and presentation skills
  • Strong Leadership and negotiation and communication skills and team oriented
  • Strategic minded, commercial awareness and result oriented
  • No restriction for travelling
