Objective: The key objective of this role is to develop TP business at North region.
1. Managing sales target, receivables and develop TP business in North Region
2. Managing distributor and guiding them to achieve targets.
3. Communicating with target customer and managing customer relationships.
4. Conducting trials, maintaining and updating customer databases
5. Monitoring competitor activity
6. Maintain relationship with large MNC key accounts.
Skills & personal attributes:
1. Effective communication and exposure to value selling
2. Ability to build Relationship with others with ease
3. 2 to 3 years sales experience in sales of Injection Molding Machines & accessories, Selling Plastic Polymers or Master Batches or 5 to 6 years of /Manufacturing experience in Injection molding industry.
4. Willingness to learn from others
