Key Account Manager

Your tasks

  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for management of all commercial and partly technical activities associated with assigned accounts such as generation of new business, maintaining current business, proactive issue resolution, technical counsel and interface to product divisions, improving service levels, and maximizing customer satisfaction.

Open for new technology fields in an automotive industry that step-by-step develops into e-Mobility.

 

  • Account Management

Maintain current portfolio of business

Ability to create and execute Account Strategy in line with global direction

Effective communication skills to closely coordinate with all product divisions

 

  • Profitable Account Growth

Secure key new business targets at a profitable level

Target new products segments

Identify and penetrate new market segments

 

  • Customer Satisfaction

Increase service levels to customer organization

Must be highly organized and flexible to manage multiple projects concurrently

Dedication to meeting all account and project milestones

Our expectations

  • Education and Experience:

Bachelor Degree Required - Mechanical Engineering preferred with commercial knowledge

 If possible, 3 -5 years of Automotive commercial/technical experience as Key Account Manager

Highly motivated and self-organized

Communication skills for all management levels on the side of the customers as well on the internal side

Solid analytical & problem solving skills

Strong negotiation skills

Team player

Willingly to travel

Fluent French and English
