Functional Tasks / 业务职责:
Arrange Sales Director's daily schedule, appointment, prepare and organize meetings and minutes, handle monthly expense statements, follow up progress of important issues and report to SD to take necessary and timely action.
Summarize kinds of sales figures and data to Sales Director,prepare relevant reports with sales analysis(e.g. daily sales figures,monthly business review,monthly sales forecast,price increase analysis,regular analysis of key sales figures for OP,GP & PE,special IC application, new opportunities tracking report,etc.).
Assist Sales Director to monitor the operation of sales team and report to Sales Director(e.g. sales turnover development,the sales efficiency/travel efficiency,the usage tolls like CRM,etc.),provide ideas and suggestion to improve the development of sales team.
Convey and distribute Sales Director's instruction to relevant sales branches, assist to coordinate and communicate with relevant regions and staffs within the sales team.
Coordinate and act as an internal liaison between own department and other parts of the company(other departments and Regional Offices)as well as serves as contact person with outside parties and agencies.
Submit reports or applications from various branches to Sales Director for his review and decision-making.
Assist Sales Director to assure the implementation of management routine (e.g. sales forecast, staff development, monthly flights records, etc.).
Comply with corporate and company stated policies and procedures as well as all applicable laws established by local and state authorities.
Qualification / 职能要求
Bachlor degree in economics,business management or other related major;
At least 3--5 years similar working experience in multinational companies;
A strong communicator in a fast-changing environment with the ability to deal with people in different levels;
Good analytical and organizational skills，as well as a strong ability to present information to Senior Management in a benign, precise and concise manner;
Good business concept,team work spirit;
Proactive and initiative,able to work independently with self-initiatives and willingess to have business trip occasionally;
Fluent English and Mandarin effectively both in writing and verbally;
Good data analytical ability,excellent in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.;
