The Jr Marketing Manager is responsible for the assigned brand/product category portfolio. They will support the Marketing Manager in the planning, creation and execution of Marketing initatives for the Oates Brand and ensure brand/category P&L targets are met by monitoring costs, margins, pricing and recommending needed changes. This role will assist in the development and implementation of a sound portfolio and communication strategy, manage the commercialization process and assist the Sales Department in monitoring their on go-to-market plans while putting consumers at the heart of the strategy.
