Purchasing Specialist

Responsibilitiesarrow_right

  • Onboarding new suppliers to IT platform;
  • Track, verify and validate supplier responses;
  • Create risk assessment reports and communicate these to internal stakeholders;
  • Communicate pre-defined measures and corrective actions for implementation to suppliers;
  • Prepare and participate in compliance committee review meetings.

Qualificationsarrow_right

  • Commercial education / background or university studies, ideally with a focus on compliance, sustainability management or corporate social responsibility;
  • Ideally, first professional experience in the areas of compliance or sustainability;
  • Good verbal and written English language skills;
  • Ideally, experienced in using IT-platforms for supply chain compliance management;
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work in a team, consulting skills and high orientation towards exchange with stakeholders;
  • Strength in the design, further development and implementation of measures and processes regarding Supply Chain Act compliance.
