Purchasing Specialist
Responsibilities
- Onboarding new suppliers to IT platform;
- Track, verify and validate supplier responses;
- Create risk assessment reports and communicate these to internal stakeholders;
- Communicate pre-defined measures and corrective actions for implementation to suppliers;
- Prepare and participate in compliance committee review meetings.
Qualifications
- Commercial education / background or university studies, ideally with a focus on compliance, sustainability management or corporate social responsibility;
- Ideally, first professional experience in the areas of compliance or sustainability;
- Good verbal and written English language skills;
- Ideally, experienced in using IT-platforms for supply chain compliance management;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work in a team, consulting skills and high orientation towards exchange with stakeholders;
- Strength in the design, further development and implementation of measures and processes regarding Supply Chain Act compliance.
