You support our team as
Working Student (f/m/d), Project Manangement Office, Software & Analytics
Responsibilities
- Provide general support to the PMO team in the implementation of the project management methodology and software in Vibracoustic
- Support End Users with Project Management Software usage (Key user role)
- Prepare and update training materials (presenations, short videos, guides)
- Test of new software functionalities in a testing environment and prepare testing documentation
- Documentation of bugs and issues
- Support the team with other IT and reporting topics (e.g. manage distribution lists, Excel macros, report generation etc.)
Qualifications
- Enrolled student with an interest in project management
- Experience in project work is an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Excel (incl. macros), Word, PowerPoint, MS project
- Willingness to familiarise yourself with new topics independently
- Willingness to communicate in a team
- You should be responsible, dynamic, resilient and flexible
- Fluent in written and spoken English, German is a big plus
- Ideally 12 month time to work with us between 15 and 20 hours per week
