You support our team as
Sales Support Specialist (f/m/d)
Responsibilities
- Entering customer-based orders into the system,
- Working in coordination with Planning, Production and Shipment departments; Following all processes from the production stage of orders to their shipment to the customer,
- Updating referral tracking reports every week,
- Managing shipping methods and billing processes with domestic and international customers,
- Following up on invoice payments and credit maturity analyses,
- Providing support to business development activities.
Qualifications
- Graduated from Administrative Sciences faculties of universities,
- Having at least 1 year of sales operation experience (preferably with experience in a company operating in the field of production),
- Fluent in English,
- Preferably with SAP experience,
- Able to use Excel program well,
- Strong communication, customer satisfaction-oriented employee,
- Having planning, coordination and follow-up skills.
