You support our team as
Application Engineering Team Leader
Responsibilities
- Lead the Application Engineers, Program Managers, and Resident Engineers on your team.
- Support Sales with business acquisition and support the product development of target projects.
- Carry out technical presentations at customers, develop contact to all technical functions of customers.
- Monitor and assure profitability of respective projects over lifecycle.
- Provide cost and tooling breakdown details for commercial proposals to the Sales team for target projects.
- Coordinate change management including price adjustments.
- Communicate development related customer concerns (time, quality, cost) and support problem-solving of serial production quality issues.
- Support industrialization of respective projects, where applicable.
Qualifications
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or another technical field.
- Your strong project management know-how enables you to successfully execute customer projects over lifecycle.
- As an experienced team leader you know how to manage a technical team across different regions and cultures.
- Ability to analyze and solve technical problems.
- To ensure effective team performance you are proficient in conflict and change management and you bring strong communication skills.
- Fluent English skills to collaborate with your international team colleagues complete your profile.
