Assistant(e) commerciale (H/F/D)
Responsibilities
- En lien avec les services européens de l’entité aftermarket :
- 1 / Administration des ventes
- Gestion des commandes client. (en lien avec les autres services)
- Mise à jour de prix dans fichier de suivi et dans l’ERP
- Suivi des EDI et des volumes livrés
- Gestion des litiges et règlements clients.
- Mise à jour et maintenance des Datas dans SAP.
- 2 / Développement commercial
- Réalisations des offres de prix en lien avec le commercial
- Analyse des ventes et des prévisions
- Suivi d’un portefeuille client.
- 3 / Autres activités liées à l’administration des ventes de l’entreprise et au bon fonctionnement du service
- LIENS FONCTIONNELS avec tous les départements de l’entité Européenne.
- Départements : commercial, technique, qualité, achat , comptabilité , logistique
Qualifications
- BAC + 2
- - Première expérience significative terrain
- -Bonnes connaissances en Excel et des outils Microsoft
- - Connaissance d'un ERP (comme SAP) serait un plus
- -Anglais courant
- -Esprit d'équipe et facilité de communication
