Responsibilities

- P&L Powerhouse: Dive deep into profit and loss statements, identifying deviations and crafting actionable insights to optimize performance.
- KPI Connoisseur: Calculate, analyze, and monitor economic and industrial Key Performance Indicators, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Profitability Prodigy: Conduct profitability analyses at various levels, empowering leadership with invaluable insights.
- Cost Control Champion: Keep a vigilant eye on costs, ensuring they align with expectations and flagging any deviations.
- Forecasting Wizardry: Utilize your forecasting prowess to anticipate financial trends and plan for the future.
- Data Gatekeeper: Maintain and update reports in various tools, ensuring accuracy and reliability.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in controlling, demonstrating your expertise in financial analysis and reporting.
- Language: Strong English language skills (B2 or above), enabling seamless communication in our international environment.
- Skills needed, to be successful in this role:
- Excel Excellence: Proficiency in the Office package, especially Excel at an advanced level, allowing you to crunch numbers with ease.
- SAP Savvy: Familiarity with SAP, a definite plus.
- BI Brilliance: Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools preferred, giving you an edge in analyzing complex data sets.
- Team Player Traits: Proactive, problem-solving mindset coupled with a commitment to confidentiality and collaboration.
- Willingness to go on business trips: Availability for occasional international travel (approximately 10% of the time), enriching your professional experience
