Responsibilitiesarrow_right

  • Have direct supplier contact for specific queries and requests;
  • Check and update supplier master data;
  • Inventory monitoring and goods receipt booking;
  • Enter purchase orders into SAP;
  • Order monitoring and dunning procedures;
  • Shadowing within the team;
  • Calculate prices and issue offers to end customers;
  • Understand and give feedback regarding P2P process.

Qualificationsarrow_right

  • Finished or ongoing university studies in an economical field or similar;
  • Hands-on mentality coupled with a 'can-do' attitude;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office;
  • Fluency in English and German language;
  • Strong communication skills, as well as team spirit;
  • Enjoying working in an international and diverse environment.
