Manufacturing Technician
Responsibilities
- Operate secondary and CNC machines accurately to ensure high-quality part production.
- Interpret blueprints for precise manufacturing and remanufacturing processes.
- Utilize precision measuring equipment to conduct quality checks on finished parts.
- Write and optimize CNC programs using G & M code programming.
- Perform diagnostic tests on Electronic Modules and support teardowns for power-steering systems.
- Conduct routine equipment maintenance, troubleshoot issues promptly, and maintain production records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- Previous CNC operation experience or similar role preferred.
- Proficiency in precision measuring equipment and soldering SMD components.
- Strong mathematical skills and ability to interpret blueprints.
- Experience in G code programming and using hand tools with precision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues.
