Responsibilities
- systematic analysis and identification of opportunities to improve organizational processes
- preparation of a plan for continuous improvements and coordination of the implementation of activities for their introduction
- project management
- introduction of Lean tools and methods, standardization and optimization of processes
- mentoring and transfer of knowledge to colleagues
- promotion of a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
- previous experience in continuous improvement
- at least a Bachelor degree in technical field
- knowledge of the principles/methods of lean production (SMED, 5S, Kaizen, PDCA, visual management)
- fluent English and Slovene language
- advanced computer skills (Windows, MS Office)
- competence in project management
- "Six Sigma Black Belt" certification desired
- driver's license,
- knowledge of ISO and / or TS standards
