Cross Services Specialist
Responsibilities
- Invoicing and complaint processing for Freudenberg entities;
- Maintenance of the relevant master data (vendors, debitors, materials, etc.) according to the process specifications for all corporate entities;
- Creation of periodic collective receipts and dispatch to customers / carrier;
- Processing of incoming customer-specific receipts & carrier certificates;
- Monitoring, ensuring completeness and dunning process for the missing receipts;
- Support for ongoing process optimization.
Qualifications
- Completed commercial, economical or business administration studies;
- Several years of professional experience in the field of accounting;
- User knowledge in the field of SAP (SD, FI, MM) would be an advantage;
- Knowledge of MS Office;
- Good knowledge of written and spoken German, knowledge of English;
- Analytical Thinking;
- Accuracy and sustainability in the execution of tasks;
- Ability to work in a team and willingness to take on responsibility;
- Openness to change;
- Customer orientation.
