IT Infrastructure Network Technician (f/m/d)
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for ensuring effective, highly available, stable and secure network infrastructure operation
- You will be responsible for the installation, administration, maintenance and optimization of the network infrastructure and network services
- You will support the 1st level technicians in solving problems in the network area
- You will also be responsible for processing faults, changes and service requests in 2nd level IT operations
- You will be responsible for implementing IT security guidelines based on the company's information security guidelines
- Your job profile will be rounded off by supporting the continuous development of the network infrastructure towards cloud-based solutions
Qualifications
- Completed studies (business informatics or computer science) or successfully completed training in the IT sector
- You have several years of professional experience as an IT technician
- Excellent knowledge of network technologies and Cisco technologies
- You have a Cisco certification or comparable certification
- You have advanced knowledge of cloud technologies and cloud services (e.g. Azure, AWS, Terraform)
- You are characterized by the highest level of customer and solution orientation
- You are fluent in German, advanced knowledge of English is preferred
