Production Planner (f/m/d)
Responsibilities
- The Production Scheduling Officer assesses and schedules production requirements
- Schedules, plans, organizes and manages production operations
- Optimizes and coordinates product and information flows
- Organizes and regulates the routing and circulation of incoming and outgoing production flows
- Ensures that deadlines are met and monitored
- Checks the availability of production resources
- Establishes the production schedule from the beginning to the end of each operation
- Distributes the workload according to sectors, resources and equipment
- Develops, in collaboration with Supply Chain, monitors and shares the production schedule
- Supervise the management of work in progress
- Continuously adjusts the schedules according to unforeseen events
- Ensures that processing times are respected
- Implements a continuous improvement process
- Identifies training and skills development needs
- Leads a project in line with the operational excellence strategy
- Is involved in the execution/implementation of internal/external audits
- Is an actor in the company's safety culture
- Has a good command of Computer Aided Production Management (CAPM) software
- Has a good command of office automation tools
- Has a good command of SAP integrated management software
- Respects the rules of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE)
- Controls the execution of a service
- Integrates the production guard
- Measures the efficiency of operations by calculating the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
- Monthly control of the capacity used in production
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science or Logistics degree or equivalent experience in leadership roles in manufacturing environments
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to speak and communicate effectively with diverse audiences
- Considered a leader who can energize and motivate inclusive teams and a positive influencer of change
- Fluency in English mandatory
