Financial Analyst (f/m/d)
Responsibilities
- Credit Management:
- Approval of customer orders based on the risk analysis on receivables & customer credit limit/insurance management.
- Providing necessary information on financial/customer issues to the Senior Management and supporting the business operations
- Maintaining a continuous relationship with the customer, responsible for the control, tracking and reconciliation of customer accounts.
- Ensure that Days Sales Outstanding (DSOs) & Corporate guidelines are maintained within globally set targets by monitoring collection and initiate actions to recover debts.
- Trade Budget Management:
- Monitoring, tracking and analysis of budget expenditure.
- Providing variance analysis between actuals vs forecast, obtaining valid explanations for variances
- Controlling of sales and managing trade budget elements within defined contractual terms.
- Active involvement in monthly closing; ensuring correct Trade spend provisions.
Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields
- At least 2 years’ experience in financial & business control, Reporting, & Planning functions (preferably Credit Control) and basic accounting knowledge is essential
- FMCG experience is desirable
- Excellent command of written and spoken English & Turkish
- MS Office (advanced Excel) knowledge; SAP knowledge is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adhere to a specific process and facilitate requests to meet specific deadlines through effective time management
- Ability to bring creativity to the position, while striving for continuous improvement
- The ability to respect deadlines and can multitask
- High level of professional maturity and sensitivity to compliance and ethical values
