You support our team as
Responsibilities
- Support of project work within the sales organizations,
- Prepare of quotations receive, processing and control inquiries,
- Updating price lists, installing custom data in ERP and CRM,
- Registration processing and control customer complaints,
- Process credit notes for approvals in according with the qualities,
- Communicate with customers regarding verbal law,
- Maintaining project records and files to ensure latest information,
- Providing required activity reports to management.
Qualifications
- University degree in Engineering Departments (Preferably Mechanical Engineering),
- At least 2 years experience in a similar position,
- Excellent knowledge of English,
- Technical drawing reading and interpretation knowledge,
- Good command of MS Office Applications,
- Strong communication, relationship-building and coordination skills,
- Self-motivated and team-oriented.
