You support our team as

Supply Chain Manager


  • Performs supply chain and logistics functions such as material procurement, production planning, inventory control, outsourcing, vendor selection and distributionĀ 
  • Creates integrated processes among internal functions (e.g., operations, purchasing and logistics) and outside suppliersĀ 
  • Responsibilities are within the Supply Chain and Logistics Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines


  • Strong background and work experience in supply chain, procurement and warehouse (goods in/dispatch) operations.
  • Strong commercial and negotiating background to support the management of a diverse international supply chain.
  • Experience of metals purchasing/forging is highly desirable.
  • Graduate calibre supported by a strong technical background.
  • Ideally CIPS qualified.
  • Must work well as part of a team.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring direct reports as well as team associates.
  • Data accuracy & attention to detail are key requirements.Must be able to work to specific deadlines & planned requirements.
  • Communication – An effective communicator that ensures key messages are understood and the required actions are taken.
  • Warehousing HSE experience required.
  • A good working knowledge of SAP systems or similar ERP application.
  • An autonomous manager with experience of leading by example whilst empowering and mentoring others.
