FST is looking for college graduates who will commit to long term growth and development with our organization. We provide opportunities for recent graduates to take on constructive assignments with meaningful responsibilities to prove your skills and receive regular feedback under the guidance of an advisor. The Trainee Program focuses on one of two functions: Technical/Operations.

The program’s content is built off of the academic knowledge the Trainee has received while completing their degree as well as the individual needs, capabilities and objectives of the Trainee. The program is an 18 month program rotating to various locations throughout the Trainee’s home country and abroad. Upon the successful completion of the program, Trainee’s will take on a demanding and challenging role in their core field.

Operations Management Trainee

Your Tasks

  • Understand, abide by and promote the Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies (FNST) safety policies and practices at all times.
  • Understand and support the FNST Growtth and Lean Process for continual improvement including leadership and facilitation of activities.
  • Understand and support the FNST Quality Policy and associated guidelines, processes and requirements as necessary to ensure continual company value, customer satisfaction and market status.
  • Understand and support the FNST Environmental Policy and assure compliance.
  • Develop the primary and secondary skills outlined in our management development program

Our expectations

  • A Bachelor Degree or greater in an applicable field for one of the functions listed above
    • Engineering
    • Production Management
  • Practical work experience through internships and/or co-operative education throughout academic career
  • Strong interest in sealing industry
  • Commitment to completing an 18 month program and dedicated to advancing their career with Freudenberg long term.
  • Exemplify a satisfactory level of living the Freudenberg Guiding Principles
  • Bi-lingual preferred
  • Interest in relocation as well as an international assignment
