Responsible for performing all financial reporting, including budgeting and consolidating activities of Freudenberg Oil & Gas Operations; Assisting the CFO and Corporate Controller with Financial analysis and related projects; support budget development and provide oversight for Company financial matters; Perform external Reporting for the Company; provide financial insight into the operations of Corporate subsidiaries; perform account reconciliation review and cash management oversight for all corporate locations; oversee Host Analytics Consolidation System for all sites; use knowledge of post analytical accounts and work closely with subsidiary groups during the integration of business; lead credit risk and assessment activities; provide financial analysis to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing report; making presentations of findings; analysis, and recommendations; processing invoices , running audit reports, matching translations, checking against balance and processing end-of -month account receivable/payables customer adjustment to keep accounts accurate and maintained; prepare journal entries; maintain documentation for compliance to policies and procedures for internal audits; support financial accounting activities in a manufacturing environment; perform collection duties for assigned customer accounts; review monthly accounts receivables aging reports and prepare delinquent reports for management review; submit account receivable adjustments as needed based on research and analysis; assist with relocation special projects; utilize specific BATCH method of accounting , MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Financial Consolidate System to perform duties; and provide support and training to other financial analysts in the use of Corporate Financial Accounting and Financial Systems.

Bachelor’s Degree – Business Administration, Finance, Business Studies, Accounting or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree).
Two (2) years in the position above, as a Finance Assistant, as an Administrator – Special Projects, or in a related occupation.
Experience must include two (2) years of all the following: Batch method of accounting, Financial Consolidate System, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Financial Accounting activities in a Manufacturing Environment.
