The ITSM Quality and Compliance Manager manages all quality, risk and compliance initiatives for FIT Americas. 

ITSM Quality and Compliance Manager

Your Tasks

  • Own, maintain and improve FIT Americas Quality Management System 
  • Maintain Quality KPIs
  • Prepare and conduct internal audits based on ISO9001
  • Support and conduct customer, ISAE and ISO audits
  • Manage preventive and corrective actives
  • Develop and implement management systems for related ISO and SSAE standards
  • Monitor progress of compliance risk mitigating
  • Advise, support Business Management on monitoring of compliance risks
  • Development and  implementation of the data privacy management system
    • Interface to external authorities for EU – US Privacy Shield
  • Support Customer Managers in all customer requests regarding quality/compliance topics (including: ISAE, ISO, HIPPA, PHI, Data Privacy)
  • Continuous analysis of risks and threat trends as part of pro-active  risk mitigation
  • Provide HSE due diligence service to evaluate and minimize environmental, health, safety and security risks, as well as for fire protection in investment decisions
  • Promote and advocate Quality awareness and conduct trainings on Quality / Risk-Mitigation to employees

Our expectations

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical field required
  • 7+ years QA/Compliance/Risk management experience
  • Significant experience in IT service management, including operations, sales support, or project management
  • Strong understanding of ISO9001, 14001, 20000, 270001; Certified Auditor in one or more of these ISOs is preferred; Part of audit team based on ISAE3402 SOC1
  • Strong  project leadership, organizational and communication skills
  • Fluent in English; Second language proficiency desired, especially in German or Spanish
  • Preferred:
    • FDA Inspection Trends and Issues
    • Understand Good manufacturing practices (cGMP)
    • EU Data Privacy Regulations
    • Lean / Six Sigma Principles
    • GDPR
    • Business Administration
