Objective: To achieve the business volumes as agreed in the MBO at the beginning of the year in the Automotive Business Unit.Objective: To achieve the business volumes as agreed in the MBO at the beginning of the year in the Automotive Business Unit.
Job profile: Profitable business promotion through scientific recommendations, successful trials and value selling to the auto manufacturers as well as their Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers. The job requires extensive traveling in and around West & North regions of India. The judicious coverage of auto customers (which has many global customers also) in this area is expected.
Many small customers would be serviced through channel partners and proper coordination with them is required.
The business in this segment is realized after successful completion of various trials. This requires passionate approach. The profile is supposed to promote Klüber and OKS products.
Skills & personal attributes:
Desired: Local experience in selling specialized products in the region in the past. Knowledge of automotive sector with their selection & approval process, as well as challenges would be highly recognized.
