The Linux Administrator position focuses on customers operating under International Traffic and Arms Regulations (ITAR) which require a U.S. person (US citizen, a permanent legal resident of the US, or a person who is granted status as a "protected person" under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) or a foreign person who can obtain an export license from the DDTC.

Linux Administrator – ITAR

Your Tasks

  • Provision, build and maintain Linux/AIX in a multi-customer environment
  • Provision, build and maintain the server infrastructure services such as LDAP, FTP, network services and proxy services in a multi customer environment
  • Provision, build and maintain the monitoring and alerting infrastructure in a multi-customer environment
  • Respond to and resolve all level incidents and problems across customers Linux/AIX infrastructure within agreed SLAs and change management processes
  • Design and deliver Linux/AIX infrastructure in line with enterprise standards, principles and policies
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Infrastructure and Applications areas
  • Implement pro-active preventative maintenance processes and procedures
  • Maintain operational documentation including configuration management database
  • Participate in 24/7 on-call support

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 3-5 years of system administration experience
