Sales Manager Turbomachinery Solutions Europe (m/f)

Your Tasks

Aftermarket sales:

  • Drive sales and support team to achieve profitable growth
  • Support and drive sales in generating new opportunities
  • Monitor profitable growth results
  • Define targets for regional team and drive for overachievement
  • Define regional strategies and focus together with Sales Director Aftermarket

Technical support:

  • Clarification of specifications and customer needs against EBs offerings
  • Creation of technical and commercial quote
  • Technical clarifications with customers
  • Definition of sales / transfer prices / delivery dates
  • Definition of payment conditions, penalties and warranties in cooperation with the local entity

IP support:

  • Identify & define strategic projects in cooperation with EB IP and Turbomachinery First Fit Team
  • Support IP on global coordination for defined strategic projects
  • Regular review of ongoing projects and suggest initiative
  • Support for regional project marketing & technical support (OEM, EU, EPC)

Other tasks:

  • Development of strategic customer relationships
  • Support claim management and troubleshooting
  • Trainings and presentations for colleagues and customers
  • Support on return on investment analyses for specific projects

Our expectations

  • Engineering degree or economic science degree with strong background in turbomachinery industries
  • Deep professional experience in similar environments
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and customer orientation
  • Leadership skills and international experience
  • Strong in working in global teams with different cultural background
  • Autonomous and self-dependent working stile
  • Project management
  • Good presentation skills and strong analytical mindset
  • Good ability to work under pressure
  • Strong PC capabilities, especially MS office and SAP
  • Fluent English skills and prepared to a high degree of travelling
  • Oil & Gas industry background / sealing technology
  • Application know how on turbomachinery with a focus on sealing solutions
  • Knowledge on industrial process and control
